Claim Success Stories

Real examples of how we’ve helped DFW property owners document losses, work with adjusters, and recover more from their insurance claims will be added here as projects are completed. In the meantime, here is what our claims consulting process actually looks like.
How Our Claims Consulting Works
- Documentation from day one. The moment our crew arrives, we photograph the damage, record moisture readings, and note conditions that could affect coverage — before any mitigation work changes the scene.
- Independent scope of work. We write our own detailed estimate using the same line-item software most insurance carriers use, so it can be compared directly against the adjuster’s estimate.
- Line-by-line comparison. When the carrier’s estimate comes back, we compare it against our documentation to flag anything that was missed, under-measured, or priced below market rate.
- Direct communication with your adjuster. Where there is a gap, we can speak with your adjuster directly, providing photos, moisture logs, and our written scope to support a supplemental claim.
Common Situations We Help With
- Initial estimates that only cover surface repairs, missing hidden moisture behind walls or under flooring
- Mold discovered after the initial water claim was already closed
- Disputes over whether damage was “sudden” versus “gradual,” which affects coverage
- Commercial claims involving business interruption alongside physical damage
